Seasonal Helpdesk / Account Handler
You will be the main point of contact for a selection of key accounts and responsible for tracking secure parcels throughout the delivery network.
Using a bespoke management system, you will produce a number of reports and proactively identify potential issues which may affect the prompt delivery of secure parcels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing reports and key management information using excel and bespoke management systems
- Problem solving
- Updating clients through written and verbal communication.
